Great service! Close location to old city. Possibility to park a car for free. Excellent WiFi in the room.
If you arrive by car not all navigation devices will find the location of the hotel. Then you should simply ask some people on the street to guide you.

The staff is realy very nice and will help in everything. It's a low budget hotel so you can not expect high standards. Although is location is said as central Jerusalem, it stays in a Arab quarter and the staff is Arab. Very close to the entry of Herod gate in the old city. It's a petty that they have a very nice terrace with very nice views but it's not used whith all is potencialities. When we were there most of the gest were big groups, Arab (muslims) groups and Spanish. I would not recommend this location to women.
I would like to have fresh orange juice even as a extra

Nice and friendly personal. Very close to the city centre (Old Jerusalem).
Breakfast served only until 8.30. Not a big variety of food.
